Please Live is excited to announce that we will be one of 53 participating local nonprofits for the 2018 Harrisburg Walk!
The Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community is an annual fundraising walk that benefits local health and human service agencies.
The primary goal of the walk is to help participating organizations raise money for their individual missions. The secondary goal of the walk is to energize community members to have a greater hand in their health by becoming or staying physically active. Highmark coordinates and underwrites the cost of the walk so that 100 percent of the money raised by walkers goes to the participating nonprofits.
We invite you to make a donation to our cause or to join us in walking! You can walk as an individual, join a team, create a new team, or even participate as a virtual walker.
Fundraising Perks
- Any walker that raises at least $30 will receive a FREE Highmark Walk T-shirt.
- Any walker that raises at least $50 will also receive a FREE Please Live t-shirt!
- Additionally, all walkers who register by May 1st will receive a FREE Penn FC Soccer ticket for a future game!
